3-Tab Shingles
Entry-level option. Flat profile, 20-25 year lifespan. Suitable for budget-constrained repairs or rental properties. Not our first recommendation for full replacements.

Architectural (Dimensional)
Our standard recommendation. Layered profile mimics wood shake. 30-50 year lifespan. Better wind resistance than 3-tab. Qualifies for most manufacturer warranties.
Best for: Most homes
Class 4 Impact-Resistant
Highest hail resistance. Can qualify for 20-30% insurance premium discounts in Colorado. Higher upfront cost often paid back within 3-5 years through insurance savings.

How We Install Your Shingle Roof
Full Tear-Off
Complete removal of existing shingles and underlayment down to the deck. We inspect every board and replace any rotted or damaged decking.
Waterproofing Layer
Ice and water shield at all eaves, valleys, and penetrations. Synthetic underlayment across the full deck. This is the layer that actually stops water.
Drip Edge & Flashing
Metal drip edge on all rakes and eaves. New step flashing at all walls. New pipe boots and penetration flashing. These details are where cheap contractors cut corners.
Shingles & Ridge Cap
Shingles installed per manufacturer specs with proper nail placement. Hip and ridge cap installed. Ventilation verified. Final inspection before cleanup.
