Step 3: Insurance Support (If Applicable)

If the damage is storm-related, we’ll help you file your claim, meet with the adjuster, and line-item every detail to make sure you’re fully covered. In many cases, you’ll only pay your deductible.

Step 4: Professional Repairs

Our crews complete the repairs quickly and efficiently, using quality materials that match your existing roof. Whether it’s replacing shingles, fixing leaks, or repairing storm damage, we make sure it’s done right the first time.

Step 5: Final Walkthrough & Warranty

  • On-Site Project Manager Assigned – A dedicated manager oversees the project from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
  • Communication Before Start – Homeowner or property manager is briefed on start date, timeline, and safety precautions.
  • Protection Setup – When neccesary belay and anchoring is set to ensure worker and job safety

While work is underway, we focus on efficiency, safety, and attention to detail.

  • Daily Clean-Up – Nails, debris, and materials cleared each day to maintain a safe property environment.
